Press Achievements

GPG-Solutions created a client-server layout application for sports statistics for the daily newspaper Journal de Montreal. This application receives and interprets sports summaries from news wires and carries out the compilation of statistics by player, team and league. Results are produced in XTAG files for QuarkXpress and are used directly for the editing of statistics pages found at the end of the newspaper (see diagram below).

GPG-Solutions realized an application for the Journal de Montreal.

We've implemented the same sports statistics application (StatSport --> see prior block) at the Journal de Quebec as the one created for the Journal de Montreal and we look after its maintenance.

For Les Versants du Mont-Bruno : This weekly newspaper mandated GPG-Solutions to build a ready-to-use system in the year 2000. This project included software for the management of advertising orders which can transfer the accounting data to the software MYOB. GPG-Solutions was also responsible for the purchasing of the computer equipment and the installation of the company network.
